Sony Xperia i1 or called by Honami seeded as the most advanced camera smartphones from Sony. And according to rumors, Xperia i1 or Honami is a successor to the Sony Xperia Z. The most favored is the sector which has a 20 MP camera. This makes Xperia aligned and ready to compete with other major brands such as Samsung Galaxy Camera and Nokia or Nokia Lumia EOS because Honami capable of producing images up to 5248 x 3936 pixels.

One-Hand Operation

Users are often faced with a problem when using a smartphone with extra-large display or also called phablet like feel uncomfortable when operating the device with one hand, especially when typing SMS, enter the password or reply to email. This problem arises because the finger is difficult to reach all areas of the screen by using only one hand. And to overcome these problems, Huawei Ascend Mate has a feature called One-Hand Operation.

This feature is useful for enabling users to operate using one hand Ascend Mate. Feature can be enabled by activating the menu Settings > One-Hand Operation. Once active, dial pad or keyboard will be on one side of the screen making it easy to reach by fingers. Keyboard layout can be arranged on the right and left by pressing the arrow keys to move the dial pad or keyboard. So normal users and left-handed users can still use the One-Hand Operation of the Huawei Ascend mate.


Suspend Button

Suspend Button is a virtual button that will appear on the screen Ascend Mate when this feature is enabled. This feature is useful to allow users towards some of the features and run a small application on top of the current display on the screen. Suspend Button can be activated by means through Settings > slide switch on the option Suspend Button. The features that can be displayed in a small window through Suspend Button as memo and calculator. While the applications that can be addressed is the message and video directly.


Hide Navigation Bar

Because Huawei Ascend Mate does not have the physical or capacitive buttons, controls all the main functions of the navigation is done through the menu screen using 3 virtual buttons like Back, Home and Recent Apps are fused in the navigation bar at the bottom area of the screen. And to enable the Hide Navigation Bar, can be done by through Settings > navigation bar > scroll Switch to Hide Navigation Bar.

Then click the arrow located on the left corner of the screen to hide the Navigation Bar. And if you want to display the Navigation Bar, simply swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen Huawei Ascend Mate.

WHAT IS MHL?

Mobile High-Definition Link or MHL is commonly referred to as a standard for audio / video interface that allows users for connect mobile phones and portable electronic devices consumer electronic (CE) and the display to an HDTV. MHL standard supports resolutions up to 1080p / 60 HD video, 7.1 surround sound audio and charging the connected device.

Examples of some of the products such as MHL AV Receiver, Adapter, Blue-ray Disc Player, DTVs, Monitors, Projectors, Tablet, Smartphone, Accessories TV and others. MHL is being developed by the MHL Consortium, which consists of several well-known companies such as Samsung, Nokia, Silicon Image, Sony and Toshiba. And in early 2013, announced that since its introduction MHL enabled device on the first MHL two years ago, the MHL ecosystem continues to grow with more than 220 million products.

By using MHL transmitters from Silicon Image, mobile devices can do more than just streaming video and audio to the TV. Users can browse multimedia content on mobile devices using the remote HDTV, including browsing through pictures, run apps, listen to music or also streaming online video content from sites like YouTube through 3G or 4G networks. Silicon Image is also developing chips MHL-to-HDMI for connecting the MHL-enabled devices to the television using the connection on the device.

The first time, Samsung announced that the Samsung Galaxy S II using MHL connection on MWC 2011 event. Then HTC also announced that the HTC Evo 3D and HTC Sensation XE supports MHL output.

5-pin MHL-HDMI Adapter / Dongle
